For Employers it offers the ability to observe your employees health and wellbeing through a dashboard, which is based on the either the standard array of questions, using the Edinburgh/Warwick social value model. Or by creating their own bespoke questions, for their personal needs.

All answers are anonymised, allowing employees to be open and honest when answering the questions.

For Employees it offers a safe place, where they can talk freely with the Conversational Avatar, with no fear of judgement and with complete confidence. They are also able to answer the questions put forward by their employers with complete anonymity, allowing for more open and honest answers.
